Thank you for shopping at Mystic Tattoo! We are committed to delivering your orders swiftly and safely across Europe. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and prepared within 2–3 business days.
- Orders are not processed, dispatched, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer reliable shipping options across Spain and the rest of Europe:

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, customs processing, or extreme weather conditions.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.
4. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Mystic Tattoo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages, Losses & Returns
Customer satisfaction is our absolute priority. While we are not directly liable for products damaged or lost during transit, we will do our best to resolve any issues:
- If you receive your package in a damaged condition, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
- To process a replacement or refund, you must provide an unboxing video or clear photographs of the damaged packaging and the items inside.
- Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods until your claim is processed.
